We traveled to Payson for a concert and the hotel location was within a close proximity of the venue/casino. Everything was good, however; one of the towels that we received was dirty and had a beige stain on it and the room walls were very thin to the point that we could hear the next room guests arguing. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations as there was more than just juice and muffins so that was a delight. We enjoyed the eggs, sausage, and waffles that were available so A+ to that. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in a bit earlier than the usual time.

I've stayed here many times over the past few years. It's the perfect spot for a quick and inexpensive weekend get-away, a mere 2 hours from Phoenix, north on the Beeline highway. Easy to go east to Willow Springs Lake for kayaking with your dogs or north to Pine or Strawberry for hiking and local brews. Suite 111 is the best with the fireplace. Thanks to the recommendation of the front desk, I'll always request this pet-friendly unit.

The stand of Ponderosa Pines in the courtyard of the north and east section were a special bonus! And Michelle, the 3-9 pm receptionist shared with me amazing photos captured on her phone of an elk herd in the parking lot who waited to cross the street until the signal changed. They then crossed patiently single file in the crosswalk! The friendliness of the staff was very refreshing!

Very large room. Great water volume and pressure in the shower/bathtub. I like the fact that the wash basin was located separately from the shower/tub toilet area. Came with a table and 2 chairs, microwave oven, refrigerator, good size closet, great view of the yard/pool.

Everything! Locations, facilities, staff, room size! The room was SO SPACIOUS! They have green areas everywhere, tons of convenient parking and the breakfast was AMAZING

We loved our room. The breakfast was also VERY GOOD! 👌 The staff were incredible. Kimberly was very kind to allow us to get into our room a bit early. The best thing was walking up to two huge elk walking through the courtyard.

Breakfast was very good. Has everything you need. Eggs, sausage, bread, fruits, yogurt, coffee,tea...etc.. Room has everything you need. Fridge, little coffee machine, tea.... smells good in the room... Bed comfortable. More on the soft side.

Close to excellent Sierra Mexican restaurant. Room was extra large. Breakfast was great from which there were many items to choose.

Central location. Big room with walk-in closet. Large bathroom. Table with chairs and a comfortable sofa. Microwave and mini fridge.

Stayed on the upper level and enjoyed the view from the balcony. Room was good sized and clean. Bed & pillows comfortable. Staff checking in & out were friendly.
